THE COMMENT
Journos have missed out even more. When Elvis joined the Mormugao Municipal Council, around the year 2003, he sanctioned a 14 inch diametre naptha pipeline right on the beach.
Zuari Idustries Ltd, had tried to bury it in the sand( on the shore). However, with the effects of the tides it surfaced.
There was even movements at the joints. With constant fatigue and stress to the pipe there is a danger to highly volatile & combustible naptha anhilating the people.
This guy has now come to haunt the residents of Panaji.
This issue was featured. However, the permission from the MMC was given by Elvis. If Elvis as the CO had said NO, the matter would have been closed.
