GOA CABINET WARNED AGAINST GARBAGE DUMPING

  6. The question is why not Gomantak Times when Herald and its editor were getting bombarded and Navhind too why not Gomantak Times. Is it because Penpricks is the inside job of Gomantak Times fellows.
