GOA BHOOT!!!
This is a hilarious fairy tale. The Goa Doot started this 'KAUN BANEGA CHIEF MINISTER' competition. And how did they do this. They installed a sealed box in their Panjim head quarters where people were to drop by and slip in chits that after scribbling on it, who according to them would be Goa's next chief minister. And oh as this article claims did entries pour in!!!
Ten rupee notes, sketches of Manohar Parrikar and so on. Apparently Parrikar was an overwhelming favourite.
At this point, we stopped reading. Never heard of an idea as birdbrained as this. This paper sometimes is as baffling as ten Herald's put together.

Not surprised at all. Which newspaper that is owned by an aspiring CM is going to say he's not the hot favourite for the post? Think, lads, think!
