Business daily Mint carried a letter from Indian Express editor Shekhar Gupta to his employees as a story in the paper, and the entire letter on its website. The letter was about IE revenue losses when the media industry is growing at a healthy pace. It had gossip value, but since Mint had no new figures on the Express bottom-line it wasn’t much of a business story. Just dog eating dog? (courtersy THE HOOT)
