Here's what happens when you work mechanically. Like a zombie. You know the cut-and-paste-no-thought-applied sort. Here's a photograph that appeared in the Herald today. It shows a priest decorating idols of Lord Krishna on the occasion of Janmashthami. This looks like an AFP caption going by the picture accompanying it. But look at the caption again... it's probably written by a firang working at the AFP desk. But does it really make sense in an Indian newspaper? Look at this... An 'Indian' priest? And what's this? A 'Hindu' god? Understood the paper caters largely to a Christian audience in Salcete, but the caption does look extremely out of sync.
