HAS BRADMAN DIED ONCE AGAIN?

Dilip Sardessai played 30 tests. Scored 2001 runs with a so so average of 39.something. He played test cricket for around 11 years.
But the way CNN-IBN went about with this was vulgarly overboard. It's not Don Bradman who's died for god sake... Sardessai was an above average batsman. Period.
Sure the deceased was CNN-IBN editor-in-chief Rajdeep's Sardessai's father, but that's no justification for two dozen tickers continuously citing his deeds running on CNN-IBN, apart from fabricating a disproportionate sense of loss to the sporting fraternity in particular and the country in general.
Penpricks is pretty sure this melodrama has not been orchestrated from the top, but is a product dished out by mid-level jerks eager to score brownie points.
