PURDAFASH.COM... ANOTHER CURTAIN RISES

Looks like Herald's Harry Mann's words have been etched in history guys...
A newly launched watchdog website http://www.purdafash.com/posts/47 has helped us carry our CASH FOR EDITORIALS forward. To some distance at least. We are mighty happy that they have.
The guys who started the website claim, they are ex IITians and ex IIM guys who have put the portal together with the help of some journos. They went online on October 2.
And guys... these chaps need reports, images or videos from Citizen journos. If you have any you could drop by their website and upload them.

Pricks, what's the scoop behind the Pranoy Roy story? There has been talk in Goa about him bribing folks in Calangute over his real estate violations. This is a huge story if there is meat to it.

If you come out with the goods on this story, there's a 2000 rupees award for the Pricks team from me.

Thanks for the reward offer sir, but we aren't bounty hunters... what you suggest is indeed a v v good story, we promise to try and get some stuff on it. Thanks for taking the time and writing to us.

Did I say or suggest you were bounty hunters? It is not like I am dangling a treasure trove of riches. The offer was made in the spirit of a pat on the back for a job well done (if indeed it is undertaken).

It's good news for penpricks.

It makes no difference to me if a person is from the IIT.

An IIT student is good in that particular field of engineering. It does not mean that he/she is good in every sphere in life.

An IIT engineer might be a lousy journalist.

IITian or Not, at least they are doing something to expose bad things that are happening around us and this is commendable. Don't you think so?
